"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

"Friday evening while retracting my Marygrove awning the retracting mechanism failed. I had purchase this awning from the Marygrove Awnings store at 4617 N. Shepard in Houston. It was installed in December 2010. Monday morning I call the store and the receptionist said she would give my message to the Store Manager when he arrived. 2 hours later, Mr. Mike Mehler called me and say that he would be coming back that day as he would be passing by my house on the way to another job. Mr. Mehler came by, figured what part was broken and returned the next day with the part, repairing the unit. Unit was still under warranty. He also took time to explain the working of the awning and provided some tips that would benefit the life cycle of the awning.
Mr. Mehler is very positive person and knows his product very well. It was a pleasure to be around someone who loves his job and his company.

"Project went very well. I have worked with Charles before on a larger project, so I knew that he was going to be able to handle this one easily. There were some interesting challenges because I wanted to reuse as many of the old deck's posts as possible to avoid digging in the area of the pool plumbing and possibly breaking lines. Charles and his crew knew how to brace and reinforce the old substructure to minimize the digging. They did a good job in finishing the deck and skirt. Also, while he was out on this job, he helped me with a warranty claim on a balcony rail from a previous project. I was skeptical that the supplier would provide new materials several years after installation, but Charles worked with his wholesaler and the manufacturer's rep to get them to acknowledge there was a material flaw in the original rail and replace it. Then he had his guys install the new railing at no charge to me. I don't think many contractors would do that and it was much appreciated."

The orientation of my garage compared to my house provided a challenging configuration, and Charles was able to create a covered patio that exceeded my expectations! The finish work was wonderful, the electrical was what was agreed upon, and I appreciate Charles being open to discussion about any issues that arose throughout the process. Even though the whole process took a bit longer than expected, the end product is what was important, and in the grand scheme of things is not important. I would definitely hire Charles and Infinite Construction again, and I recommend him without reservation."

They gave me an excellent bid price and even after I looked at the damage in better light and told them there was more to be repaired, they still didn't charge me more. They actually saved us money because they did such a good job of reattaching the garage door rails that we did not have to call out a garage door repair place. "They did an excellent job! The crew of either 6 or 7 men got here promptly at 1:00 pm and got right to it. They removed all my solar lights that were along the path and set them aside so they wouldn’t be damaged. The post oak tree had been losing all its bark and had a fungus. They started with the branches which had to be 30-40 ft high. It began raining hard at around 3pm but they kept working. They had everything chopped up and losded onto their truck by 5pm or so. Eric the owner is very knowledgeable about all kinds of trees. I was very happy with the work they did and will use again."
