"I hire Oscar to replace the awning fabric which he replaced as promised, he is courteous and professional. I also hired Oscar to replace the whole awning after my roofing was replace and again awesome job. I was so pleased with his work ethics and experience that I recommended him to my daughter, she ordered an awning from Oscar which was delivered on time, he installed the awning and electrical to perfection. "We purchased a Sunbrella material retractable awning from North County Deck in 2010, as part of our new deck installation. North County Deck obtained the awning from Abbott Industries/Abbott Awnings. It is a large awning (more than 20 ft) operated from a switch inside our house. The awning has a manual operation in case of power outtage. It is well made and came with a 5 year warranty. Recently the awning material split along a seam. We notified North County Deck, who contacted Abbott and arranged to have the awning picked up and repaired. Today (11/19/2014) a team from Abbott Awnings reinstalled the awning and ensured it worked properly. There was no charge to us. Though Abbott Awnings has new owners since we purchased the awning, they have retained their commitment to customer service. We will be glad to purchase from them in future.

"From beginning to end, everything went smoothly. The owner, Dwayne Reese, was extremely professional and he went the "extra mile" to satisfy me and earn my business. His business pricing was extremely competitive (several hundred dollars cheaper than his competitors) and he did a professional job in every respect. Dwayne Reese personally came to my home with his son to install the awnings. The "attention to detail" with the finished product and the installation process was superb. "When we started looking into getting a patio cover we got bids from three different companies. We choose to go with PatioCrew. Now we have a big beautiful insulated patio cover and we love it. Warren and the crew were all really nice and polite to work with. They specialize in patio covers and it shows. "Joe Kincaid is a great contractor. I first met Joe back in Fall of 2014 when I was looking at contractors to do a remodel of a home that I had just purchased. The home was built in 1959 and many parts of it were original. I wanted to upgrade the electrical box and grounding as well as replace a few of the lights. There were a some other items I was pricing out with him, such as a small roof repair and a small bathroom remodel.
It was on a Sunday morning, when Joe called me around 8:00 AM that my simple remodel changed completely. We were about a week into the project. Fortunately, Joe stopped by the house that morning early to check up on the work progress. When he arrived, he found that my cold water line had burst under the house overnight. The entire house was under several inches of water. Joe was instrumental in helping me get the repairs started by first contacting a flood/mold remediation company to dry out the house.
In the end, I had to do a complete home remodel. Every room was affected. Including what we were originally planning on renovating, Joe replaced the flooring (tile and wood laminate), baseboards, drywall, painting, electrical plugs, breaker box, roofing repairs, new shower tiling in the master and new shower/tub in the 2nd bathroom, new vanities in both bathrooms, new cabinets and counters in the kitchen and much more. Joe got the work done on time and on budget. If I could change anything, I would have used Joe for the copper re-pipe I had to do inside the house after the flood. Even then, Joe noticed and helped take care of issues that the plumber left unfinished. Joe became my eyes and ears during the project. His communication was great!
Earlier this year, I had another water line problem at the house. This time the water main line was leaking underground between the street and my house. My first call was to Joe. He stopped by that day and called me with his recommendations. We decided to replace an area of the copper pipe that was leaking. Hopefully this will be the solution as the rest of the pipe looked OK. It was certainly a lot less expensive than replacing the whole line. Joe was thorough and did a great job both times I have used him. I like how he is willing to give options to meet my budget and best of all, I trust what he says."
