Impact's estimator Paul was prompt and professional. He broke the quotes down so I could choose what services I wanted and he also presented me with a very well put together package of the company policies and warranty for material and labor. The installers cane out in company trucks with company shirts and performed a great job answering all my questions and concerns. They also pointed out things that they noticed needing fixing and took care of them with out question. The installers are not subs that show up, they are employees, which made me more comfortable as a homeowner and having work done on my property."

One piece of advise is to ask questions about your install...I did have an issue with how I was told the install needed to happen which, had I not intended to do electrical work unrelated to the awning, would have resulted in spending a substantial amount of money needlessly. Having said that, the company worked with me and ultimately the awning was installed well if a little delayed. The quality of the awning is really great!"
