Aaron sent a project proposal for painting the exterior of our house as well as fence and gate repair and replacement with a line item of exactly what they would do along with the cost which was significant but reasonable. When he installed the threshold he drilled screw holes in the cement. This was placed between a tile and carpet floor. It gave the floor a nice finished look."
