"Very professional from the initial phone call through the end of the project. Jeff was very thorough and answered all the questions I had and some I did not think of but were very important. I appreciate his bringing some of the materials with him that would be used. The person who installed the awning, Derrick, was very professional and thorough. He brought everything he needed to do his job and kept the yard/work site clean. He also answered our questions. When he was done it looked as if the awning had been there all along and there was no damage or trash left behind. I spoke with someone from three different companies and set an appointment for an estimate. Coastal was the only one who kept the appointment. Not only did the other two not come as scheduled, they did not even grant me the courtesy of a phone call. This made my final decision to hire Coastal that much easier. I would hire them again without hesitation."

"It went great! Bryan and his son Ryan are a great team. They did exactly what I asked and performed the job quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. Bryan was also very responsive, scheduled the appointment in advance and showed up on time. I am already planning to hire him again!!!"
