The Betterliving retractable awning allows us to use the deck even on the hottest of days. The awning even auto retracts if it gets too windy! The DBC crew scheduled our project and arrived on time. The owner went out and bought spray and powder (on their dime) and used them so the men could complete the job. They were working so hard and trying to get the job done at a reasonable hour. "Savant did an amazing job on our project. They had the whole job completed in 2.5 days. The pricing was very competitive. We received several quotes for the work and Savant was cheaper than most other contractors. With the service and quality of work we received I would say they are well worth the the cost. We even had some leaking on the garage roof and where other companies had quoted us to replace all of the wood for the roof, Savant was able to replace just the rotted boards and saved us hundreds if not thousands. Excellent work at an excellent price."

"1. They create a professional design video so I knew exactly what I was getting.... Yes VIDEO! 2. They tore out the old, bland concrete patio and laid down a beautiful stamped concrete pattern. 3. They stained the concrete to a color of my choosing and added a glaze! The pic below does not do the finished product justice. It was taken before staining and glazing. 4. Then they cleaned up the area. I LOVE my new patio. Only downside was some damage to my grass from the large, professional equipment used. But I will be hiring them again for more work. They are AMAZING!"
