He answered all our questions and kept us apprised of the progress of the project. All I can say is that if and when I need another door, I'm calling this company. And since I paid the bulk of the cost for the door several months ago when I purchased it, I don't remember exactly what the price was. The door was unusually expensive because I live in an old suburb where the houses date back to the 1920s and, as this company explained to me early on (and as I've heard from many others who live here), our front and other doors were designed when the standard sizes of home doors were 2 to 4 inches smaller than the doors that are standard no, so they cost more."
