"The owner/operator was prompt in responding to the request for onsite analysis and review of the project (as it related to wind storm damage); he was out the following day (high marks). The work seems to be quality (have to wait the test of elements for further satisfaction) and was done in a timely manner. The only constructive criticism I have is, the actual worker(s) or more importantly the "lead" supervisor, stated that he called the previous day to inform us of the intended work and "was unable to reach us" and just showed up. When he received no response to the supposed door knocking/door bell ringing; he then called the same number (that he previously said he couldn't reach us at) and when answered by us, proceeded to say that they might need access to the inside of the home. When questioned if he left a message, to inform us of the work/someone to be home; the answer was no. It's okay to leave a message, this day in age."
