"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.

I've been disappointed in the past when I hired 'handy man' services to do this sort of work and BTR was very different.  They showed up when they said they would, did a good job quickly and professionally, and didn't leave a mess. 
Although BTR is 25-30% more expensive than a handy man service, they are worth it to me.  I will hire them again.
