"We purchased our motorized awning from Accent Awning Company in late 2018. The 2-man installation team they sent out did an excellent job. They quickly and efficiently installed the awning in a couple of hours, placing the inside control switch and exterior connections exactly where we requested to facilitate our planned future electrical needs outside. The control lets us easily extend, retract, or stop the awning anywhere in between. From the day it was installed, it has performed flawlessly, and it continues to do so. We don’t extend it daily, but we do extend it most days. The extension and retractions motion is nearly silent; you have to listen closely to hear it. We enjoy the awning and recommend Accent Awning Company as a supplier and installer. We would certainly buy from them again if the opportunity arises."

"We purchased a Sunbrella material retractable awning from North County Deck in 2010, as part of our new deck installation.  North County Deck obtained the awning from Abbott Industries/Abbott Awnings.  It is a large awning (more than 20 ft) operated from a switch inside our house.  The awning has a manual operation in case of power outtage.  It is well made and came with a 5 year warranty.  Recently the awning material split along a seam.  We notified North County Deck, who contacted Abbott and arranged to have the awning picked up and repaired.  Today (11/19/2014) a team from Abbott Awnings reinstalled the awning and ensured it worked properly.  There was no charge to us.  Though Abbott Awnings has new owners since we purchased the awning, they have retained their commitment to customer service.  We will be glad to purchase from them in future.

"We called for an estimate and Mark came out the same day. Showed us samples of materials, measured, made his recommendations and quoted a price. We chose the type of cover we wanted and work was to begin the following week. He was able to start the job earlier than expected and his crew delivered materials on a thursday, worked Friday and Saturday, and came back on Monday for final finishing details. Our patio was completed before the original start date. The crew was great, met every request, friendly and knowledgable. We are so happy with our new patio. It is beautiful! Jose and his work crew ran the installation in a smooth and professional manner. Worked hard and left a clean area each day. Cannot give them enough praise, they were a pleasure to deal with. This company is easy to work with, Communicated with us every step of the way. Will I recommend them to friends and family? Absolutely. When we started looking into getting a patio cover we got bids from three different companies.  We choose to go with PatioCrew.  Now we have a big beautiful insulated patio cover and we love it.  Warren and the crew were all really nice and polite to work with.  They specialize in patio covers and it shows.  They got the permit from the city for us and had no problem hooking up lights and fans under the cover.  The workmanship and quality is great, and we would highly recommend them to anyone!
