"We moved into a new home and found a nonworking awning. It took work to find this company, which is the Sunesta Awning dealer in my area. Along the way, I had been given all kinds of quotes as to how expensive the repair might be. Mike from Awning Stars scheduled with me promptly, came over as scheduled, assessed the situation, and quickly determined that all that was needed was a minor adjustment that he completed in about five minutes. He even waived the cost of the service visit. He was personable, professional, and educative throughout."

"I called several awning companies and only one company showed up at my house to provide an estimate. From the initial estimate with Marc Gutman to the final installation the team at Valrose was courteous and responsive. I dealt with Geovanina Martinez and Fabiana Nudelman via email and they were prompt in their replies and answered all of the our questions. The installers did a great job and we are very happy with the product and service."

"I went thru several of the bigger name companies around here to build an insulated roof patio. All wanted to do the job using some existing wooden materials and/or w/o a permit. Ryan insisted that is not the right way and thru various communication w/ him, I ultimately decided to give him a chance based largely on the reviews here. I am so glad I did. When his team came to demo my old, wooden patio enclosure, it was evident the posts were rotten. He used brand new steel posts and hardware which was beyond the minimum spec, to give me even better piece of mind. His communication and knowledge about this project was the best out of everyone I spoke with. He would always return my calls and answer questions/concerns and everything was done in a timely, efficient manner w/ frequent updates. Will be talking to him again soon to do my windows!"
