"I have 16 year old awnings from this provider and they have held up well. As they have seen neglect over the past few years I had some questions on how to repair and maintain them. When I called with some questions they offered to come out and take a look at them; based on my availability. The owner showed up gave me a quote for some repairs and showed me how to do them myself if I was so inclined. The service on every level was outstanding and I will be doing work with them again in the future!"

"Things started well right from the start.  An email was sent to me which provided me with a photo of the salesperson who would be coming so that I would be sure I was dealing with the right people.  The price on the garage door was higher than that provided by other vendors but the quality of the door was higher and the job was going to entail replacing all of the hardware that had been in place.  It made sense since some of the hardware was in-place since 1979 and it was time to go. None of the other vendors were going to do this. 
The gutters were installed by a different team - and on a different date - from the garage door team.  Both of them were polite, efficient and prompt. 
The only thing I would have wished is that I would have been able to make one call and be able to get information on both projects.  The way DiGiorgi is structured, each area is separate and you need to call each area individually.

"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. We plan on using AJ to replace the remaining Windows as well as a sliding glass door in early 2016.

"It went extremely well. This group of young men was very nice as well as professional. They arrived earlier than discussed and were ready to go. They did not damage any of my belongings in the process, and they completed the job in a very satisfactory time frame. I had some pretty heavy items and not one person complained. "Vista started this job 9/17. From the beginning we were told by the salesman Eric and project manager Keith that the job would be finished to our satisfaction, all our concerns would be addressed. The roofing went well, we are pleased. The siding was a bigger job than they seemed prepared for. They removed wood siding and replaced rotten plywood. The siding looked fine except for an area in the front of our home which is vertically uneven. Holding a straight edge to the siding we have a one inch gap in the vertical level which was not properly prepared. Some our window frames are horrible. One of them has nails driven right in the center of the frame, others have gapping joints and one is wavy. They replaced our perfectly fine topped gutter with a 'top of the line' gutter which isn't topped so is now full of leaves. We live in the woods what were they thinking? At the signing of this contract our salesman Eric said he would do some porch screen framing and stain our new front door. He wanted payment of $600 stating this was his side job. After many, many phone calls, most being ignored, we have gotten no where. Brian Rudd finally came out and told us these problems would be corrected. Last we heard from him was 11/17. He emailed that the siding crew would be out that week to correct window trim. We never heard from or saw any of them again. They never installed the stove vent, stained the front door or corrected our siding issues. I've waited for spring thinking I would hear from them. Too bad, things started out well. Not a good company."
