"I have limited experience with dealing with contractors. Jeff set the bar extremely high. Always shows up when he said he would, extremely polite and knowledgeable. My wife and I were remodeling the basement and Jeff worked with our budget and was a perfectionist when it came to the small details. We even had an issue with leaking that caused Jeff to take down some drywall that he had already completed. He was understanding and still stood with his price he quoted up front. "Derek and his team were punctual, professional and courteous. I’ve been restoring a 1940 farmhouse for over a year and a half and have come across many handymen. These guys are some of the best. Very easy to work with. Even though this type of railing system was new to them and my un-level lowered ceiling provided some challenges, Derek and team were able to think through the problems and come up with solutions to make the barn door work beautifully. These are fine young men with smarts about them. Hard to find. They are gems. I will be hiring them again for other projects."
