"They also adjusted my awning frame so that it would not lock up."

"I highly recommend The Builders & Cleaners for any remediation needs. From the very beginning, their proposal was incredibly detailed and transparent, with the Project Manager clearly outlining the scope of work and the materials to be used. They provided a high-value solution that was very fair compared to other quotes I received. The overall service was professional, seamless, and timely. Communication was a standout part of the experience; I was kept in the loop daily by their amazing Office Admin. A huge part of this success was the crew chief, who was fantastic to work with. He managed the team with precision, ensured every detail was attended to, and handled every request with professionalism and expertise. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. The remediation was thorough, precise, and completed to a very high standard. They didn't cut any corners and ensured that everything was cleaned and restored perfectly before finishing the job. "Miguel repaired my awning in a very timely manner. He was very responsible and even if he was going to be a bit delayed he called and let me know. Miguel was at all times courteous and pleasant. It was a pleasure working with him. I intend to call on Miguel when I need work done in my home in the future ."

"The whole project went very well! They came to inspect our awning and immediately provided a quote, which we accepted. The next day they picked up the awning and took it to their shop. Two weeks later, they brought the awning back and reinstalled it. The work was done well, the workers were skilled, experienced and professional. I would be happy to work with Awnings Unlimited again!"

"While my salesman, Phil, was honest and could not promise to deliver on the tight deadline I requested, they did, just in time for my daughter-in-law's shower! Dean Awnings use a high quality national manufacturer for the mechanical equipment and fabric from a nationally known high quality fabric manufacturer. The name brand awnings advertised on TV or sold by the discount big box stores while cheaper do not compare in value/quality to Dean's. Customer service was outstanding, from Phil in sales, Danielle in scheduling and the two gentlemen who installed the awning. I could not have been more pleased."

"Absolutely amazing. Very professional. My awning looks brand-new again. They will definitely be cleaning my awning every year from now on."

"Nice job...they had to chisel out some of the concrete to fit the door just right at the bottom..you would never know they were there..mixed cement and built up the area..looks good"

"As usual, technician showed up on time, was friendly, and completed the two items I requested on time as well."
