Drew & his crew were able to fully remove the roof & install a new roofing system & 3 dimensional shingles that matched the existing shingles on our home. He was honest and only charged what he initially quoted, even though, he replaced an additional board and painted it. The job was finished on time and met our expectations. "Meeting project manager Aaron from Home Masters until the job was done has been nothing but pleasant. Aaron sent a project proposal for painting the exterior of our house as well as fence and gate repair and replacement with a line item of exactly what they would do along with the cost which was significant but reasonable. We went over the contract together and he answered all my questions. This way there would be no communication problems later. The painters were amazing! Very polite,(didn't smoke or waste time), very careful to protect our landscaping. Did a thorough job and made sure I was pleased. Can't say enough good things about them and the work they did. Our house looks great. The crew that did the fence work were also amazing. Unfortunately the day they needed to work the weather was chilly and wet, but they kept on working until they finished. They made the design of the new fence portion look just like the original. It's a great job. We couldn't be more pleased."

"I was disappointed.  The Conroe Awning repair person did not tell our tenant, who was at home at the time, that the awning repair had been completed.  When our upset tenant emailed us asking the status of the repair, we contacted Conroe who later apologized to the tenant.  My understanding is that the repair was completed satisfactorily.   I found Conroe difficult to do business with because they would not accept credit card payments by phone. They insisted on a separate signed authorization form for each credit card payment which was inconvenient since I was traveling out of state at the time.  I was also uncomfortable having a signed authorization form with my personal credit card details in circulation. Conroe said they also accepted payments by check or by credit card in person at their office neither of which was possible for me at the time."
