"Very well. I had this done in late October, but luckily the weather was still warm and mostly dry. It took most of the week, and Kevin was present and working along with his crew much of the time. He doesn't provide a detailed contract beforehand, but since he lives in the neighborhood and has many good reviews, I wasn't too worried. I picked up some nails from the carpentry project on the patio afterward, but no big deal, and he was nice enough to trim the top of my cedar tree that I couldn't reach with my personal ladder. His crew also removed all my storm windows before painting, which gave me a chance to wash them for the first time in quite a while--some of them I can't get open from the inside."
