"We've hired many contractors, and few compare to Grady. We hired Grady to waterproof our basement. He performed the work with uncommon skill. Going beyond fixing the problem, he resculped our walls to yield a finished product that looked better than we anticipated. 4 years later, he returned to patch up a few cracks that developed, free of charge! I don't know of any other contractor that would provide this level of warranty/service. A consummate professional, he not only performs expert work, but also returns phone calls in a timely manner and is refreshingly honest and fair in terms of contracts and payment. We highly recommend him!"

"Mr Delgado has a natural instinct for restoring furniture to its optimal appearance. He is an artist. He repaired a pair of huanghwali northern hat chairs for me, and then I sent them to auction and they made $25k. He has restored a series of other pieces of furniture for me, and I don't believe it would have been possible to do better. He restored a Renaissance revival server for me, and I gave him its mate in gratitude. He picks up and delivers, all with an old-world charm that you no longer find in his business."

"Murphy Family Services is an excellent company. I booked 2 appointments to complete the work. Danny arrived on time and completed the work requested. His work was professional and efficient. He explained everything he did and cleaned up after. If you need electrical work, this is the company."

"“Measure twice, cut once.” Rife Remodeling and Flooring not only remembers this old carpenter’s rule but actually lives by it. My first impression of the young gentleman who came out to do the initial estimate was that he was a good, intelligent, and serious young man who was confident in his abilities but not arrogant. This was as he approached. After speaking with him for a few minutes, this was confirmed as well as learning that he is highly skilled in his trade in addition to being able to interact pleasantly with people of all ages. What really set him apart from the other contractors was and how he provided the initial estimate. He actually took the time to accurately measure, twice, the areas to be worked on and then calculated the estimates on site. When he had a question, regarding a color or style, he did not hesitate to ask and explain any differences. When he had finished with the estimate, he was extremely helpful in explaining the costs and reasons for anything that he would do and even make suggestions to ensure the best quality of work. Other contractors simply looked at the areas to be worked on and then “guesstimated” the measurements and costs. His completed projects show the same attention to detail and care that his estimates did. Rife Remodeling and Flooring is the perfect company for your remodeling needs whether they are simple or exotic."
