"He also installed and painted a new door. Gary is friendly, professional, and did a great job. We were very satisfied."

"We bought an Angie's List special, and asked them to look at our bathroom, which had suffered serious uninsured damage from the Halloween 2013 floods.  We had also discovered damage from carpenter ants when removing drywall and insulation after the flood. They gave us good advice and the plans made sense. We didn't proceed for financial reasons; other damage claimed priority.  Their estimate was reasonable but after all the other damage, we weren't able to proceed with the project.  We will certainly consider them for future projects.

"Went great, came inside with a great attitude. Had all the necessary tools and even had a vacuum when the granite needed to be cut to prevent a mess. He cleaned as he kept working in between. The sink looks beautiful and he double checked for leaks and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend him any home jobs and I am definitely giving him another call with another project."

"I am so grateful for Terry and T5T Contracting. From the moment I met Terry, I knew he was the real deal—down-to-earth, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. His family has been in the business for years, and it’s clear he understands what homeowners need during a renovation. Terry is prompt and timely in his communications, and he showed incredible patience and kindness throughout the process. Living in a home during a renovation is not for the faint of heart, and inevitably, challenges come up. What stood out to me is how Terry always addressed concerns quickly and thoroughly, correcting any issues with professionalism and care. The subcontractors that T5T works with are also excellent. Every single person who came into my home arrived on time, was fully prepared, respectful of my home, and delivered truly outstanding work. That level of consistency gave me so much peace of mind during what could have been a stressful process."

"Jose did a wonderful job with our wrought iron fence, stone columns, 3 gates and a trash enclosure. He was also kind enough to return and fix one of the stone columns that got loose. He’s reliable and responsive as well as an easy person to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him."

"I hired Sonart Construction to remodel my sons bedroom and they did a great job. The price was very good, they was on time with their job, and it came out beautiful. Very good company."

"The crew was on time, hard working, professional, and friendly. They completed painting metal beams and railing, and deck staining in 2 1/2 days in terrible heat. The final result is beautiful!"

"I will rehire LD Remodeling. Just when you think the art of true craftsmanship is lost, Angie's List pulls out one of the best in the business from their hat. Louis, owner of LD remodeling, is honest and reasonably priced. He showed up on time when he came to look at the job. Then he and his staff the day of. Both were professional, respectful of my property and had a high level of attention to detail every step of the way. My kitchen island was standard, typically built and an actual eyesore. LD Remodeling's finish work looks like a custom-made Island that now matches and sinks with the rest of my kitchen cabinets. It's hard to find true craftsmanship these days that understands and knows the trade. Louis and his staff did not disappoint they are the Michel Agelo when it comes to craftsmanship."

"Finished doing an extensive inside renovation to my second home and was ready to tackle on the outside. Jodi came out and helped design the front and back with great ideas. They constructed a new patio area with beautiful gravel, installed a cowboy pool, deck, built a gorgeous pergola, stained and painted, added landscape lighting, did grading to the land, French drains, and extensive landscaping. Love the privacy trees Jodi chose as well as all the fun plants. Couldn’t be happier and will recommend again."

"I called Mr. Handyman to get an estimate for issues noted with rotted wood from a home inspection that was done.  I got a pretty quick response, not sure how fast but he was the 1st to respond and we setup an appt.  He showed up on time and was very professional.  We went over the home inspectors findings on the rotted wood, he got on roof to check chimney, checked wall, and garage door.  He explained what he would be doing and how long it would take.  He warned me that the chimney may be a bigger job because of the many pieces that were laid on top of each other that could fall apart as he took them off to get to the board that was damaged. And the garage door trim were several different size/type pieces.  I didn't want to pay for custom made trim so I asked for the best he could do so that it wouldn't stick out from the rest of the trim.  He assured me the paint could be matched: I'm not the original owner so I have no idea what the paint color is.  I triple checked that he could do the job by a certain date since I wanted to put the house on the market by the weekend.  He said it was a 1 day job and made me feel comfortable that he could match the paint.  Because I was pressed for time, I didn't deal with any other handyman so I can't comment on the price but I'm very happy with the results.  I was kept updated on when they would be there, they finished by the time promised, they cleaned up, they were careful with chimney and no extra work was needed, the garage trim blended in well, and the paint looked great!"
