"Hard Worker Job well done"

"Could not be happier with Mike! He is a very thorough, honest, and kind man. He will get the job done right and with immaculate attention to detail. I will be returning to him for all of my future needs! Thank you so much!!"

"Ken is very professional he's respectful of your property and your time. The work is quality, highly recommended."

"Jacob, the owner was very good with his communication about the project. He kept me informed on any issues. Any time we were to meet he made sure he was there and if he was running late would let me know. He did a large fencing job for me, 220 of 8 cedar with cap and trim. Fence lines were heavily treed so post holes were difficult, but they worked through it and did a great job. I bid three companies and theirs was the best price."

"Smalltown Property Revivial is a highly professional small handyman business that can handle most of your general repairs and rebuilds for your home. They rebuilt a beautiful second story wooden deck at my historic residence and it is very solid and looks wonderful. I included a couple of pictures although we are still needing a base rail which will be installed soon. Other projects included installing a window ac unit, checking and replacing smoke alarms, moving and removing heavy pieces of furniture and other items. I never had to worry that something was not being done correctly and they are responsive to any changes or additions you have. We are waiting on a set of French doors to be delivered, then they will install those. I highly recommend Smalltown Property Revival for your home handyman needs. Am updating as the French doors came in and were installed so well. They look amazing. Eric and Smalltown also added lattice to the deck railing that gives an elegant touch as well as enhanced privacy. I may need to re-submit my pictures and will gladly attach several so others can appreciate Smalltown attention to detail."

"They were very professional and did a great job with a couple of tasks."

"It was a very good experience"

"Enrico did a great job pressure washing all around my house and painted a cement patio. I am going to be hiring him to do more work in the future."

"Great guys clean job, I will definitely work with them again for my future projects."

"I really liked the workmanship they used in installing the fence. They hit some bedrock but went the extra mile, brought in a jackhammer and did it right. We're very pleased with the fence."
