That is when my wife called Pristine Exteriors, LLC. When Jerry arrived, he was immediately prepared to get up on the roof to determine the extent of damage. Once he got back down, he made me aware that one of my pool solar panels had cracked a roof tile that then ripped the paper beneath it. He was very confident and not to mention, was prepared with the proper materials to fix the problem right away.
