They had a problem with one of the lock mechanisms and a faulty sliding glass door, and they had already ordered a new door prior to telling me, and they are going to replace that. That is pretty cool; they were already on top of it, through no fault of their own. Just a faulty lock mechanism. I would highly recommend them to family and friends, and that speaks volumes."
