"Vic did an excellent job for us on many projects--a major deck refinishing, rebuilding a 100+-year old window seat, resuspending sagging kitchen cabinets, repairing and replacing some outdoor cedar siding and stairs. These varied projects required not only excellent carpentry but also innovative thinking to resolve some of the construction issues involved in this quirky old house. We were expecting to have to replace the deck but he convinced us it would be better, and more cost effective, to instead refinish the old cedar boards, replacing only a few boards--and he was right. He could have charged us more for new decking, but didn't--this impressed us. He's honest, reliable, and good at solving problems."

"Very well. Arrived on time with a helper carpenter. The two of them had the job done in 1 hr 15 min."

"Excellent quality at a fair price. We remodeled our Kitchen, rebuilt the front porch, rebuilt our sunroom and deck with Thomas Driggers. He was always on budget and on time. Thomas takes pride in his work, He is highly recommended."

"Douglas has completed several small jobs for me. He has installed gutters on our shop, installed handrail on front steps, repaired eaves on home, installed new light fixtures on garage exterior, adjusted shower and sink faucets & drains. He is conscientious, respectful of my husband with memory issues, and always on time. His charges are fair and competitive. I highly recommend Douglas for any project, large or small."

"J J Construction owner Khoa Ha completely replaced my upper and lower decks with composite. He solved many problems we were facing with the decks and designed a system to deflect rain water away from the house. The upper deck was 48'x12' and the lower deck 14'x21', also replaced existing stairs, added bench seating. and lights. In addition he also repaired/reflashed metal roof on the lower back of the house and address foundation concerns. His team were great to work with, hard working, professional and courteous. We could not be happier with the results of this 4 week project. I highly recommend J J Construction for any project. We will be using him on future projects as well such as house painting, and some interior remodeling in the coming year."

"We are huge fans of Evergreen. We hired them to take on demo, floor installation, cabinet assembly, finish-carpentry, and wall paneling in our kitchen, and we are thrilled with the results. Eduardo is an incredibly talented craftsman who manages to balance speed, quality, and value. Throughout the entire process (from onsite inspection, quote, scheduling, and build), we felt in the loop and cared for by he and Isabel. This engagement marks the first formal contractor we've hired, and we were nervous going into things, with all the horror stories you hear. We experienced none of these horrors, and were blown away with the quality and speed of work, and the attention to detail. The team was prompt, courteous, thoughtful, and thorough throughout our engagement, and they were exceedingly understanding and flexible with us and our scheduling needs (as we needed to delay some final days due to delays on materials). We're thrilled with the final product, and Evergreen will be our first call for the next project we tackle. Thanks again, Eduardo and Isabel, for your amazing service!"

"He did a bunch of carpentry and a whole roof install for me."

"The construction team worked diligently, produced high-quality work, and cleaned up afterwards."

"I've worked with Tom for a few tenant turnovers, and he's always been very attentive to whatever projects were needed, whether handyman type things like hanging new blinds or bigger projects like painting both exterior and interior. I've always been very pleased with the results, and I firmly believe his work has helped my units rent quickly. I highly recommend Lake Sound Contracting."

"If you are looking for good quality roofing work, with no cutting corners, then this company is for you. I would definitely hire them again ?"
