Get matched with top carpenters in Ancram, NY

"As someone familiar with home construction , I would definitely recommend Riemer Contracting. My project was an attached deck covered with a gabled roof. I also required that the gabled end, and soffit overhang, steps and railings all matched the design of the house. Also included was removing a window and installing an entry door. Daniel understood my request and immediately responded with a reasonable proposal and completed the job in his estimated time frame. He also kept in contact, keeping me updated on material and worker arrivals. His skilled carpenter Oswaldo, took painstaking care to insure that my detailed requests were met and any variations or adjustments throughout the project were easily handled. To sum it up , the job was handled Professionally, Skillfully and Satisfactorily. I highly recommend Riemer Contracting."

"Mr Kâ s painting and remodeling is outstanding. Their quality of work, attention to detail and overall customer service is exceptional. We have a 3 story Victorian home that needed a tremendous amount of prep work before the painting. In addition, we had several different colors of paint that needed to be applied. Mr Kâ s team did a wonderful job and our home looks absolutely beautiful!! We highly recommend Mr Kâ s!!"

"Mike was incredibly kind and helpful getting things done to code on our budget. He did our porch, firewall and kitchen floor without a big crew or making a huge mess. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a fix up or a bigger projects and needs to work on a budget! Will happily call him for any other repairs needed going forward."

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."
