"Deck Maintenance and Re-Build - Woodpecker Builders John replaced many boards on the two decks length of our house, removed vertical posts and replaced with horizontal cables to improve our view of the golf course. He and his team power washed the decks, sanded and re-stained the decks. John is a wonderful communicator, a pleasure to work with, and his prices are reasonable. John is going to work with us on another project in the near future. I highly recommend Woodpecker Builders."

"We recently had construction work done on our home by D&D siding and construction and are thrilled with the results. We had extensive deterioration on our dormers. Not only did D&D construction replace the damaged material they determined what caused the initial damage and took steps to insure that this reoccur. Their communication regarding the process was clear from start to finish and the workmanship was topnotch. I would highly recommend for any building or repairs."

"A very skilled, knowledgeable and professional carpenter that I would recommend to any of my family or friends. The price for my two jobs were justified and in line with other interviewees that did not have the skills and abilities of his company."

"Needed a weld cut out and rewelded on the frame of my trailer, did a fantastic job"

"We have hired Cummings Home for multiple projects. Built our new deck absolutely gorgeous. They have hung Electrical fixtures, laid flooring and painting too. They are our go to company for all our repairs and maintenance needs. Excellent roofing and repair company! You won’t be disappointed. They even did a Commercial wash down and maintenance on the inside of a huge bakery. Great Company!"

"Trevor and his team did a brilliant job with the renovations of the house that was not in good shape prior. He was communicative and available to chat at all times to provide updates. The attention to detail on all tasks is what impressed the most. He was flexing with his pricing and got the job done before estimated completion date. I would definitely use his services again."

"Our project began with looking for a business to stain our backyard deck addition we had built last year, along with restaining and repairing our original deck. We also wanted to add shade to our deck. We had several companies come to understand our needs and give us quotes. Tyler from Houston Haus had very good ideas and offered a fair quote for our project. Tyler's combination of an engineering mindset and creative ideas persuaded us to hire Houston Haus. Tyler laid out the plans for the project from start to finish. He communicated when he was going to work and always kept us up to date on the progress of the project. Tyler always brought forward ideas on the esthetics of the deck and pergola to our attention. The end result was a very beautiful pergola and a total refurbish of the existing deck. We look forward to using Houston Haus for further projects."

"We contracted K & K Management to perform renovations on our home and they did an excellent job. Even after our many additional requests Keith and Jake were able to complete the job above our expectations, especially concerning the exterior paint job and the deck renovation. We would definitely recommend this company!"

"They called me, came by to give me a quote and then did the work all within the same day! The mowed, weeded and filled a hole in our yard. Our yard is not easy to mow and they did a great job!"
