"This was a whole house renovation project. The house was over 100 years old so there were many unexpected issues, but Tony and his team persevered and came up with many thoughtful suggestions that greatly improved the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others looking for a reliable contractor."

"Repairing my furnace, fixed ceiling tiles and installed ceiling fan."

"Flaitz's reached out to my husband after he submitted a request on Home Advisor, and we are so glad he did. He built a VERY large raised deck tied into a smaller one for us at our cottage and it turned out perfect! Great workmanship and attention to detail. Gerry responded timely to any emails or questions we had and his quote was very reasonable. My husband and I, without a doubt, will be using Flaitz's again for any type of landscaping or construction work we may need. We highly recommend!"

"So happy we chose R&D for our exterior wall repairs! they were great to work with throughout the process of what turned out to be a complicated issue. Their communication was really appreciated as they dug into things and problem solved some unique issues with how the previous home owners had cut corners on the house. R&D wasn’t the cheapest initial bid we received but I have no doubt that we would have wound up paying more in the end for a lower quality result with anyone else. Thanks guys!"

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"Sabir was nice, friendly. Seemed responsible and paying attention to the details."
