He replaced all the visible parts of our staircase, including the stringers, treads, risers, railings, balusters, and newel post. Since our house is 70 years old, nothing is easy. Paul worked diligently to cut everything to size and took extra care to patch our difficult plaster walls. Since I like doing some of the work myself, I personally appreciated that Paul was flexible and let me paint and finish the stairs as a way to get involved and save some money.
