"Highly recommended. Jose and Cesar were great. They were reliable and their work was excellent. They completely remodeled our condo including 4 bathrooms, floors, fireplace/hearth, etc. It was a big job and they worked with us to make sure everything came out exactly the way we wanted. The cost was very reasonable."

"Fogg repaired my barn foundation by reinforcing the post and beam floor with new footings, posts and beams to reinforce my aging existing structure. They took the sag out of floor and were able to complete the project on time and on budget. John and his crew gave me great tips on some other items for update that would preserve the integrity of my structure for the long run, with no ulterior motive. True craftsmen, and excellent partners for maintaining my home. 10/10, would love to hire again!"

"Rick also did a missing window fix, interior door replacement and exterior door jamb repair, so he’s quite versatile. and had creative cost-saving ideas. His workmanship is good, rates reasonable and he is pleasant to work with. He got to me quickly because I needed to have the work done prior to a scheduled painter could start. Very accommodating to my schedule."

"We hired Garrett  to build an attached mudroom and garage to our home.  After interviewing many contractors, we decided to go with Garrett. Don't let his age  scare you. We found him to be hard working, honest, caring fair and professional.  We were very impressed with his quote. Everything was spelled out. None of our other quotes were broken down like Garrett's.  During the work if there was any issue, Garrett dealt with it immediately.      We would highly  recommend Garrett R Gerard Construction and if we build anything again we would definitely  use Garrett again."

"Brendon replaced my kitchen subfloors and put a new linoleum, full trim all the way around, a bathroom bifold, and even put a special touch to the trim, so I'd think of my late farther who had worked in that same kitchen many moons ago. Brendon had some challenges with old school techniques, but worked long and hard to end with flooring, trim and doorway that was beautiful and I was pleased with the outcome."
