There was some serious rot in one area of the deck where you could see right through to the ground below and quite a bit of not so serious rot in other places. Fearing someone would be hurt, Brandon agreed to come right out and fix the serious rotting boards for us right away. He then identified the other deck boards that needed to be replaced and gave us a fair estimate to come back out and replace an additional 12 deck boards which we hired him to do. He was quick to come back out, no long wait like you have with most companies theses days, and he did a good job of replacing the other rotting boards for us so that we now have peace of mind that the deck is structurally safe to be on once again. Since the home needs full renovation, we didn't have a lot of money to devote to the deck at this time so keeping this to a reasonable cost was key. I feel like the price was fair and was money well spent."
