"Tech called with a one hour window which was awesome and arrived on time which was excellent. Upon arrival we had to have a major discussion for 10 mins on access to the condo because he initially said he was unable to do the job; said truck required 7' clearance and my building was 6'6". When I explained he didnâ t have to go under my building but it literally reached my condo from the side of the building he argued and said it was impossible. I had to physically show him how easy it was for him to accomplish the goal. I took him to the physical spot to show him where to park and access the building, after which he got the job done in approximately two hours and did a very thorough job. Overall I was very pleased with the work that was done."
