He replaced the posts and joists underneath the deck and sanded, refinished and painted the pergola. We had our wood slats removed and replaced with custom cable railings which came out even better than I expected. He was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. He worked within our budget as well. I interviewed about 10 contractors for this job and had a great feeling about Isaac and his company and he was willing and able to do exactly what I wanted. The old path was narrow and cracked, and the new one is wide and fits the property better. The pillars gave us a real entrance feel. They also ran low-voltage lights inside the pillars so they light-up at night. It's not flashy, just clean and sharp. The stone matches the front steps, and everything feels like it belongs now.
