Mike even took my tenantâ s schedule in mind when planning his time frame. While the dumpster was still on site, Mike let us dispose of construction waste we had gathered up from another project. The entire crew is courteous, trustworthy, professional and capable. I was a Designer at an architectural firm that did historic restoration. I have done many a punch list. Some were minor like building utility cabinets for the kitchen or mounting household appliances for convenience. Others were major undertakings , such as, stripping bathroom facilities down to the studs and completely renovating each room into a palatial spectacle. His project costs are competitively reasonable. The building materials and plumbing appliances he installs are first class or, may reflect the financial restraints you place on each project, He is a skilled craftsman of the first order, competent in all he does. I have “NEVER” employed anyone who can compete with his varied skill sets, acumen and, demeanor. Sean McLeod has created a whole new environment for us to live in and enjoy. "This is a fantastic organization. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because my experience was the best I have ever had working with a contractor. The Project Manager (Josh) was always available for questions from us and available for the installers. He was a very knowledgeable individual. Management (Todd) was very visible during our installation and this entire organization gave more than 100% in the completion of our installation. I just hope that if and when we have future needs it will be within this organization's realm. I have been spoiled and cannot imagine working with any other contractor for any of our future needs."
