"We had a great experience working with Top Bros construction and remodeling. They fully removed our tile and wood flooring and installed LVP that we had provided. They also installed new trim and baseboards throughout, which look great. They were timely and efficient. We are very happy with the outcome!"

"I was very pleased with the work that was done. They were professional and cleaned up everything at the end of their day. Plan on having them back to do other projects. I would recommend them for any project you might have."

"The work looks good and I had a great experience. The project manager Walter was very informative and the carpenter lance did amazing work."

I grew up on a local dairy farm. Working hard is a way of life. I started working in the trades through a youth apprenticeship program in high school, where I worked half of a day on a residential jobsite. I continued to work in the construction industry and went to MATC. I graduated the Wood Technics program. It consisted of multiple classes including drafting, codes and regulations, building trades and remodeling. I started Quam Construction llc in 2007. We have been doing construction remodeling and repairs ever since.

Ive spent the past 20 years building a skill set to become a well rounded crafstman. I focus on quality and detail to make sure every job is done right. From custom woodworking to stained glass windows I can help with all of your home projects.

"Service was outstanding. They provided excellent instructions for measuring and ordering. Table pads were delivered ahead of schedule and they look terrific!"

"I had a great experience. They were very clean, fast, quality work, and they exceeded my expectation."

"Mark was punctual, and very attentive to the job. He was very knowledgeable of the old plumbing in our house that was built in the 1920s. After what he said was a struggle to get the old piping removed the new pipes went in smoothly. He was done with the job in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend him for the odd job or his specialty of carpentry!"

"In the home repair world, it's always difficult to find professional people that do quality work without charging an arm and a leg. Westward took on our complicated carpentry projects by listening to our needs and ideas, offering up various options to complete the tasks and then made it work.  We found Westward to be very professional and knowledgeable. They performed the work in a timely fashion and showed up when they said they would.  We highly recommend Westward Carpenter Contractors and will certainly use them again!"
