"Mr. Smith proved to be a consummate professional and skilled carpenter, as well as patient, friendly, and thorough. His subcontractors, especially the master cabinetmaker, were highly skilled. Once the kitchen was demolished, a leak under the floor was finally identified. Mr. Smith explained the problem and the solution, and his remedy finally corrected a long-standing plumbing problem that had been overlooked by other contractors.
