Get matched with top carpenters in Clifton, NJ

"As it happens, Wilber's Painting has skilled carpenters on staff who are competent, experienced, and committed to old world craftsmanship. Our good fortune was getting Maynor, a highly talented carpenter, who constructed and installed the door, which is quite attractive. The installation was tricky because the 90 year-old frame was not perfectly squared but he managed to get the right fit. Mahogany was used for the door frame and safety glass for the insert. I opted not to have a screen insert, so the glass is a permanent fixture."

"The job was done as agreed. I am very pleased with the work and would hire him again. Anyone wanting their siding repaired should consider him. He was very clear on how the areas that needed fixing were going to get repaired. Everything was taken care of and even a spot I had not previously seen. They do very good work!"

"A+++ We hired DMR Millwork for a complete kitchen/laundry remodel and couldnâ t be happier with the results. They provide high quality work - very detail oriented, clean, timely and courteous while providing updated timelines throughout the project. We changed plans several times during the project (mostly adding features) and Dave was very flexible and supportive. Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend!!"

"Charles and Son Construction & Landscaping did a wonderful job on my patio. Carlos is a true professional from being on time for the appraisal, setting up the off-site appointment to choose the pavers, to having his team finish the job 2 days earlier because of a threat of bad weather. The team was very detailed and I so happy he suggested adding the lights around the edges and on the stairs. I am looking forward to hanging out in the backyard on my new patio all summer long!"

"Aleni came the same day he contacted me. I needed my deck repaired, boards replaced and repainted. I also asked about repairing my fence. Replacing slates etc. He gave me a very reasonable price and did the job within days. He is very professional and showed up when he said he would. The repairers came out perfect and he even returned after the deck dried for a couple days and put my furniture back. I would definitely recommend him and I would not hesitate to contact him for any future projects!"

"I would highly recommend Nick Lupo for any home project. He has vast experience and knowledge on a wide variety of home needs. He beautifully refinished a basement and tackled many projects as we prepped a home for sale. He was a pleasure to work with, on time, reliable and would offer keen insight on a project that we weren’t initially thinking about that proved cost effective and always aesthetically pleasing! You can’t go wrong with Nick, he’s the source for your next home project."

"Cesar came and assessed the job, gave me a fair estimate, and completed the work all within a week. A rare occurrence in todayâ s world. We are very happy with our porch railings."

"The Electrician was polite, friendly and cooperative. Completed all the work very efficiently."
