He gave me a quote I could work with and I bought the tiles and his team came in and completed the project. His team were hard workers and only took a break for lunch. otherwise they worked and even left my furniture where I wanted them to leave it after moving the furniture to get to the floor. "I had another company do an estimate for the same repairs and their estimated cost was definitely overpriced more than 3X of the work Steve & Steve quoted. I do have some experience with pricing and completing these types of repairs so I knew immediately they were price gouging the actual repair (only needed to repair less than 6 siding panels). They showed up in less than an hour, took less than 2 hours to complete the work and even did a few other small repairs that needed to be done. Very happy with the cost and the work.
