"Very good value for deck repairs that I needed."

"This company painted a couple rooms in my master suite and installed new moldings on the doors and window. They arrived on time each day and efficiently completed the job. The painting was done well. The only issues were that many of the screws and nails were left in the walls. I don't think there was any communication from me to remove the old screws and nails, so I did not take off a star. There were two holes that were filled, but it looked like they were filled with caulk instead of spackle. Not really noticeable so I didn't complain. The other issue was that one of the moldings they did was with a warped board and it's not flat to the wall. Not extremely noticeable unless you're looking at it from the side. I would hire again, but next time I would try to be more communicative with them. I do appreciate their reliability and professionalism."

Louis, owner of LD remodeling, is honest and reasonably priced. He showed up on time when he came to look at the job. Then he and his staff the day of. Both were professional, respectful of my property and had a high level of attention to detail every step of the way. My kitchen island was standard, typically built and an actual eyesore. LD Remodeling's finish work looks like a custom-made Island that now matches and sinks with the rest of my kitchen cabinets. It's hard to find true craftsmanship these days that understands and knows the trade. Louis and his staff did not disappoint they are the Michel Agelo when it comes to craftsmanship."

Upon meeting with Kyle and seeing the plan he designed for our deck. we contracted with them that day. We were hesitant to build a composite deck because we heard they get very hot in the sun. Kyle explained that the Timbertech decking they use is more heat resistant. Sure enough, I can walk barefoot on the beautiful Timbertech decking in the San Antonio Summer Sun. Mike, the Project Manager, stayed on top of the entire building process, answered all our questions, and kept us apprised of the building status. He made the deck-building experience a pleasant one, and ensured we were satisfied with the finished project. The building crew was hard working, professional, and courteous. Now we have a relaxing retreat right outside our back door. If I had it to do over, I'd hire Integrated Outdoor Designs again."
