"We just purchased a new house and needed several things done. I put out an inquiry on here and Claudius was very responsive to my inquiry. He was available the next day to come and give us an estimate. He gave us a very reasonable quote so we decided to proceed with the quote. He was here the next business day to complete the work. He installed exterior shutter on 9 windows, installed 2 ceiling fans and replaced 2 broken light ballasts in our garage. He is extremely hard working, and his workmanship is perfect. He is also a very nice person, and easy to deal with. I’m sure we’ll be needing him at some point for something here or there around the house and I’ve already recommended him to a family member looking to have a patio done in the Spring.
