Initially I just wanted a new bathtub but after looking over a layout of what he envisioned for the bathroom, he ended up taking out the tiles and replacing them with laminated flooring , replaced my sink with a wall mounted sink, which created more space, and new light fixtures that gave more lighting to the bathroom. The bathroom looks more updated. His prices were so reasonable and his team was very professional and finished the project ahead of the time provided. I was very happy with the outcome and highly recommend his services."

"I own a multiunit building and in the last year I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had contractors not show up, give a quote and not return, overcharge, not complete the work, complete the work poorly, make excuses, waste time, or refuse to do business on the south side.....it’s been very stressful. "Had 3 installers bid on replacement of 5 windows. LWS was the lowest and offered the best warranty (20 years). They also directed me to Cardinal corp, the company where they purchased the windows. I was impressed with the quality of the glass and even upgraded 2 large fixed windows they were replacing. The other two bids were from well known companies and did not have the warranty (5 years and 10 years). The other 2 bids were $450 and $1000 more than LWS. It's not always wise to go with the lowest bidder but had a great experience with them. They were respectful and neat and did a great job."
