"Pat masterfully sealed our windows against ants and water damage. He found the most cost efficient way to prevent further damage and fixed the already present damage -saving us a lot of money (we didn’t have to buy new windows!). We then hired him again to fix water damage in a closet with the same results. It was a pleasure working with Pat from beginning to end. His work is reliable and, even more important, so is his word. He finds a cost saving way to do what is needed, explaining the whole way through, and then sees the job until the very end. It’s a pleasure having park on the job because he is so polite and brings a positive energy. His patience, amiability, and experience make a powerful combination. Through demonstrative reliability, Pat has become “our guy” for all house-related work. We highly recommend him"
