The bid was very thorough, and detailed ; and payment schedule was spelled out in contract. The workers were here everyday early in the AM and worked till sundown. If Pete was not available on site, he was immediate to respond to phone-calls and texts, to answer any questions or concerns I had. The entire job was completed in 7 working days.
