He did a great job, and the total amount came in under the estimated price even though I slightly changed the initial design. I'm very happy with his work. "In October, I had my deck replaced, my front porch replaced and added a patio in the backyard by Haka Construction. Pete was great to work with . The bid was very thorough, and detailed ; and payment schedule was spelled out in contract. The workers were here everyday early in the AM and worked till sundown. If Pete was not available on site, he was immediate to respond to phone-calls and texts, to answer any questions or concerns I had. The entire job was completed in 7 working days.
