He has excellent communication skills, from the very first conversation we had, to the finished product, he was always quick to respond and let us know exactly what was happening. I was extremely skeptical to hire a contractor, never having done so before. Tom not only talked us through the whole process, but arranged for us to view his work at one of his completed projects. Once we met his client and talked to her about his work ethic and viewed the work that was done, we were ready to hire him and we are so very glad we did. Tom arranged for the complete renovation of a basement, including installing a full bathroom, painting the ceiling and walls, all new lighting and installing flooring and steps. Tom liaised with the painters, plumber, electrician and carpenters. Tom communicated with us when the subcontractors would be arriving and he purchased and brought in all the supplies, we did not have to go to any stores to purchase anything, what a blessing Tom is. I am so grateful to Tom and his crew for their skills. I highly recommend Tom, he is not only an experienced Contractor, but a truly trustworthy individual, with a wonderfully kind manner."

He’s installed water lines, gas lines, moved electrical outlets, installed all new receptacles in the house, installed new light fixtures, did drywall repairs, painted, stained, fixed the doors twice after the movers broke them, moved appliances, fixed the shower, removed moss from the roof and cleaned it, installed new light switches, installed exterior lights, chalked all the windows, hung new blinds, installed new flooring and molding, installed new sink vanity and faucet, replaced all the water shut off valves in the bathroom and kitchen and is doing a small remodel in the kitchen (new countertops, backsplash, sink and upgrading the cabinets).
