"Mr. Bilder resurfaced old wood deck with composite boards and trim. He did an excellent job. Got his bid on time and had materials on-site and installed in 2 days. Would highly recommend him."

"Jardiel and his crew did a fantastic job painting the interior of my home. They were also able to repair a broken cabinet, which was a great bonus. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and would definitely hire them again."

"I am so happy with the entire Affordable team. Our process started by meeting Dave the owner. He personally came out and measured the space then sat at our kitchen table to learn more about us and how we planned to use the space. He then turned around the quote same day. Even after sending the quote Dave continued to work through options - he returns calls quickly and followed through on every promise he made. The actual â build-crewâ could not have been any better. They worked through heat, humidity and extreme storms on a Tuesday only to be greeted by snow, ice and below freezing temps on Wednesday. Led by Eric, the entire crew was engaged and laser focused on quality of work. They treated our home/yard, pets and people with tremendous respect and courtesy. This crew met our budget, our schedule and exceeded our expectations."

"Excellent workmanship. Went above and beyond agreed upon tasks. All work completed as agreed. Would hire these pros again."

"Easy to work with. Knowledgeable handy man. Has skills and equipment for a variety of jobs. Best recommendation I can give is â I will use him againâ"

"Great response time, communicative, got the work done only 1 day past their expected completion date. Straightforward contractors; the fence they installed was above expectations. Highly recommend."

"We highly recommend Bayshore Construction, LLC. We had a large remodel project that encompassed both interior and exterior major changes to our home. During our project, they moved walls, relocated a kitchen, built a new first floor master bedroom and bathroom, created a new laundry room/powder room, built several closets, replaced windows, fixed damaged siding, and provided highly valuable creative solutions to our design questions. While Bayshore Construction commonly is the general contractor on a job, we wanted to be our own general contractor. Bayshore worked with us on this. They gave us a complete list of recommended subcontractors and worked on a time and material basis. In particular, we really valued Paulâ s suggestions for design, fixing leaking window flashings from improper construction and suggestions for product suppliers for cabinets, counters, glass shower doors and cabinet hardware. For example, Paul suggested that we contacted Wickâ s floors to see if they could match our existing floor, and despite having a unique wide plank ash floor, they were able to match the floor. Paul is a Master Carpenter. We love the custom wood stove hood he designed and built! We are thrilled that Bayshore Construction could recreate the custom maple wood work to match the wood trim that previously existed in our home. Bayshore Construction provided excellent service, excellent quality of work, and excellent customer support to us. They are an excellent team to call if you need remodeling of your home."
