"Josef does excellent work - I would hire him again. He replaced a 15 foot railing in front of my home. He took extra care to match the color of the stain (including sending me pics from the hardware store to confirm). Scheduling took a more back and forth than expected but it was worth the wait."

The installers were great as well, always arriving within the designated window. They were also professional and friendly! We can't wait to do our pantry and nursery closet! "I only wish every company was ran this professionally! From scheduling, picking out our selections from beautiful options, install communication and final walkthrough, working with Chicagoland Home Products was perfection! Our walk in closets are simply stunning and our children’s bedroom closets have all the organization that could ever need. I would work with them again in a second…and we know in today’s cutting corners world that saying something like that doesn’t come easy. Zero complaints!"

"We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."

"Unique Landscaping basically did a renovation of my yard- taking out all trees, leveling it out, and putting down all new sod. It looks amazing and we would definitely hire them again!"

"VERY GOOD CARPENTERS EXCELLENT CRAFTMANSHIP THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING."

Roman cut out all the old risers and treads and replaced them with beautiful new wood.He primed the risers and stringers all white. He stained and finished the treads to match the existing hardwood flooring. It looks beautiful. Roman is an honest, hard working man."
