"Deck Maintenance and Re-Build - Woodpecker Builders John replaced many boards on the two decks length of our house, removed vertical posts and replaced with horizontal cables to improve our view of the golf course. He and his team power washed the decks, sanded and re-stained the decks. John is a wonderful communicator, a pleasure to work with, and his prices are reasonable. John is going to work with us on another project in the near future. I highly recommend Woodpecker Builders."

"Sergpro was 1st to respond and schedule an estimate. On time and great communication. Sergei did a great job explaining my options for repairing the damage to my deck. Was able to schedule my job quickly and finished work before I heard back from other contractors. Work was great and price was very fair. I will use Sergpro again and have already recommended to a friend."

"D and D demonstrated expertise with handling and replacing damaged hardi-plank siding at my house. They did everything safely and modified the method that hardi-plank meets the roof shingles to prevent future moisture damage. They also made good use of materials I had on hand such as house paint and siding materials that brought the total cost of the job down. I am delighted and comfortable that the cost was a a lot less than the improvement in the future value of our home."

"I recently hired Fast Johnny’s for an abstract welded art piece and it is a standout addition to my backyard! I couldn’t be happier with it! The abstract design brings a modern, artistic vibe to my outdoor space. The attention to detail is outstanding — every weld is clean, precise, and clearly done with care and skill. It’s not just metalwork, it truly is art. Johnny was punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, and ensured everything was completed to my liking. The finished product is strong, durable, and looks great. It’s clear he takes pride in his craftsmanship. I've already had several guests ask where I got it. Highly recommend!"

"We asked Tom to help us with power washing and staining our deck. He did an outstanding job, was very professional and responsive. He not only did a great job with sealing our deck but also provided valuable suggestions on other maintenance work in our house. Tom was able to give us quick and transparent estimates. His professionalism, reliability, and exceptional work ethic make him our go-to handyman. We are already planning future projects with him and can highly recommend him."

"No problem great job on yard work."

"Great work. Very good craftsman"

"They have a wide range and depth of knowledge. My wife and I hired Jack to tear out an old deck and replace it with a new and bigger one. The 30 foot wide "waterfall" style steps they built turned out fantastic. We have had him come back to do other work as well, changing out an exterior door most recently."
