"I think I just reported my experience with Vinny Construction but will be delighted to send again. Yesterday, 12/27/17, I requested assistance via HomeAdvisor to help me find a qualified carpenter to, hopefully, help me fix my aging French doors. Within a day of my request, Vinny Jahnke, Owner/Operator of the company, arrived at my home to assess my problem. Within minutes it was obvious that he knew exactly what was wrong with the doors and how to fix them. He quickly and efficiently analyzed the problem and then took the time to explain how he planned to do to fix the doors. Within 45 minutes of his arrival he had the doors off their hinges, had removed the weather stripping, had sanded the bottom of the doors, had replaced the weather stripping, had replaced the doors back onto their hinges, replaced screws in some of the hinges,where needed, and adjusted the door latch and lock so they fit perfectly! I was truly impressed with his efficiency, his knowledge, his professionalism and his friendly, helpful demeanor. I will definitely hang onto his business card and will gladly refer him onto anyone who is in need of home repair an/or remodeling."
