"I recently hired Devin to reside my house and replace the front door, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Devin was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. He clearly takes pride in his work—the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project. When replacing the front door, Devin discovered rot beneath the old frame. He took the time to properly address and repair all the issues around the door before installing the new one, and did an excellent job making sure everything was solid and well-sealed. The final result looks great and feels very secure. The new siding also came out fantastic and really improved the look of my home. Devin was flexible throughout the project and accommodating with any changes, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a contractor who does quality work and genuinely cares about the finished product, I highly recommend Devin."

"Greg has expertise in many areas, he "does it all!" As he told me "My work is my life! And I DO Care!!" No question he will give you his best in knowledge, experience, and creativity. And he works non-stop like an Energizer Bunny! He thinks about your projects after hours to find the best solution. My 200 year old house put him to the test! He replaced a rotted out door and entryway, resurfaced a floor, dry walled an area where a sky light had been removed, and reframed the area under a toilet that was caving in, painting along the way. And he is repairing my crumbling deck! Luckily he is a "frugal Yankee" and constantly looks for ways to save you money. And, as he says, he leaves your house cleaner and in better shape than when he arrived. Highly recommend!"

"Coleen & Kyle assisting us getting our Derry home ready for sale by painting the ceilings, walls and trim through-out the house. And add-ons such as the cabinets and upstairs vanity. They work efficiently as a team and helped transform the house into my vision. They took on unplanned work such as staining my deck and still finished a bit early. They were professional and arrived on time and kept things tidy. I would definitely recommend them and look for hiring them again in the future in the need arises."

"If I could give 6 stars I would. Jack sanded my two decks, reinforced wobbly railings, replaced rotten boards, and stained all boards and railings. I was tempted to do some of this work myself until I realized I could not lift the sander. I am so glad I did not. Jack knew exactly how to fix the railings. He knew to recess the deck screws before sanding. He knew not to sand the deck until the moisture content reached a certain level. In short, I would have been totally out of my element if I had tried this work alone. I would hire Jack again in a nanosecond. He is knowledgeable, diligent, reliable, personable, and from what I saw, a highly skilled carpenter."

"He was very responsive and respectful As well as reasonable priced for the work done (door replacement and deck boards replaced) Thank you Spiro for your services"
