"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

"Jim Hall was very professional. He built q beautiful deck for us. I highly recommend him."

"Very professional. Showed up as arranged for an estimate and in spite of the rain walked around the yard while talking about the job. He identified problems without having them pointed out, talked about how to fix such problems and how he would approach it, the long term goals, plans, benchmarks etc. Offered a quote, thru in a couple of freebies and agreed to a discount for being paid for a year up-front. Showed up early the first day, worked his crew straight thru 'til the work was done, and left a much prettier and happier yard behind. All good, all easy, no complaints."

"Fit me in for an emergency service. Very kind, helpful and made sure the job was done right at a fair price. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Would 100% recommend to everyone who needs home repairs!"

"Great work and fair pricing!"

"Service was great. They were punctual and proficient. Followed instructions well. I was very satisfied with both the quality of work and the cost."

"Very professional and reasonably priced. I have already hired him for more projects. Highly recommend."
