"It went quite well. The work was done on time and they were very professional. The installers worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The systems they designed, especially the master bedroom walk in closet and the laundry room, have been a big improvement over what was there and will allow us to fit into our condo after coming from a 4 bedroom house. "I did a lot of research before settling on Chicagoland. They tick every box with 5 stars: Their price /quality ratio is excellent and beat out major competitors eg Closets by Design ,Container Store Elf system . The service was excellent throughout the process.. Never an issue with follow-up. They were proactive in keeping us informed . Our designer Tammy helped us maximize our space and select a few upgrades that were worth the modest cost increase. We painted the closet a dark background and chose a muted white color for the structure. In the early days I would open the door just to have a peek. The space is organized to make it easy to keep tidy. and it looks so good that you feel inspired to do so. The installers did a great job with attention to detail .A+ from the initial phone call to the final product . The installers did a fabulous job and cleaned up impeccably. This was a great experience from the first phone call to the final product."

"We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."
