"Overall, OK. But person who came could not do everything. Relatively new employee was excellent carpenter, but spent a lot of time trying to determine noise from dryer and eventually gave up (but I had to pay for the time). Ran out of supplies/necessary tools and had to leave to purchase or get them (on my time). Hard to reach person who schedules workers; much back and forth calling."

"The work looks good and I had a great experience. The project manager Walter was very informative and the carpenter lance did amazing work."
